Here some constructive criticism

Content: Hateful, racist, chauvinistic and insensitive - could be improved by actually showing some compassion for the victims of this natural catastrophe or by showing ways to help.

Execution: Short loop, simple animation, nothing very special or artistic, the car's nice looking though - could be improved by making it longer, maybe more than one shot from one perspective.

Meta: Author claims in title and comment that they will go to Haiti to help, which is very commendable, if true. Votes for this video, however, cannot possibly help the people of Haiti - could be improved by removing plea for votes and substituting with ways for people to actually help (e.g. links to organisations actually active in Haiti)

Overall appears to make fun of misery of others, therefore sadly no stars.

The title is hateful and racist, according to NG guidelines this shouldn't even have made it past the portal. The content is entirely unrelated and shows no artistic or programming skills.

overall a nice game

The game play mechanics are sound, the sound and graphics are decent enough.
Yes, it's easy to get money and upgrades (maybe make more possible upgrades that are less powerful and/or more expensive) and yes to get A+ on all levels is an exercise in patience, not skill. Level 28 is nigh impossible, I tried it so often that now I have 9607 credits and full upgrades on everything.
The "new skin" is only a differently coloured (light orange) ball.
Felt a bit let down about this...

All in all good

The paper style graphics are cute and well executed.
The gameplay is pretty solid, all the standard stuff is there.
The sound and music are good, all in all a good game.
Only the pseudo-political backdrop in the introduction is out of place.

background videos distract

I know that they are what is supposed to make this game special, but the videos playing in the background are hugely distracting from the gameplay...
